Noche del Hongo 2

2023

16 December

NAC Art Gallery

Santiago, Chile

La Noche del Hongo was born in 2019 to celebrate our second anniversary, a little overdue, but still in the spirit of celebrating our first years of what little did we know would become a very long journey. In these seven years back to Saturn, we have been passionate promoters of the expansion of the cultural mycelium, and we are excited to see how more and more people and organizations are interested in the paradigm shifts that the Fungi Kingdom teaches.

We wanted to celebrate this birthday in grandiosity through the presentation of our latest acquisitions for the museum's collection (2022-2023), a room dedicated to Planeta Fungi and the work of the students who have completed the program, Andrea Moro, and an unplugged presentation of her new project Celeste: sounds to travel, the musicalization of Mapocho Bailable DJ Haiti and a delicious catering made by Alejandra Toloza and her team with fungi ingredients.

We thank our sponsoring friends mycovitae, mush.MORE, Kombuchacha, Mycobites, W Ginger beer, Sidra Magritte. To Incubaveg School and his team, for feeding us, and to Nicole Andreu from Galería NAC for hosting us in her amazing space.
